Nutrition:  “The process of nourishing or being nourished, especially the process by which a living organism assimilates food and uses it for growth and for replacement of tissues.”

Nourish:  To provide with food or other substances necessary for life and growth.

Re-read those two definitions and really think about what healthy nutrition is all about – it’s about nourishing your body with food that will build health.  Anti-nutrition is pretty much the process of eating food that not only doesn’t nourish your body, but can actually harm it in the short-term and long-term.
